We offer parent and baby groups focused on the first year after birth and follow on developmental play groups for babies & toddlers 1-2 years of age.
Are you navigating parenthood with a newborn?
Want to find a local friendly group where you can meet others and build a community?
Come along to Nurture and Nest, where you'll find support, connection, and shared experiences (along with a cuppa!)
Our weekly group is completely free and open to mums, dads and birthing people with babies under 6 months.
Every Monday (check the info for exact dates every month)
10:00-11:30 AM
Nurture and Bloom is a smaller, more intimate offshoot of our main Nurture and Nest sessions, specifically designed for parents of babies aged 0–1 who are experiencing low mood or are under perinatal mental health care.
To maintain a safe and consistent space for attendees, we operate on a referral-only basis. We accept referrals from parents themselves and healthcare professionals (GPs, Health Visitors, Midwives, PMHT).
Come along to treasure baskets to support your baby’s development.
Treasure baskets is a fun way for your baby to use their senses and learn about the world around them.
This group is for infants between 6-12 months (or whenever they are sitting independently). It’s also for their parents/grandparents/carers!
You’ll find a warm welcome, a friendly relaxed atmosphere and time to connect with others. Meet other parents in similar life stages as you and know you’re not alone.
Every other Monday (check the info for exact dates every month).
12:15 PM - 1:30 PM

"Coming to nurture and nest has helped me connect with other new mums to talk through and share experiences. Also Grace and team are a fantastic fountain of knowledge and support. They make me feel welcome and I can ask and talk through any concerns. They also provide tips to take away and help with baby’s development".
"Coming to nurture and nest has meant that I have been able to form meaningful friendships with other mums and my daughter has some early friendships”
