Nurture and Bloom

Nurture and Bloom is a smaller, more intimate offshoot of our main Nurture and Nest sessions, specifically designed for parents of babies aged 0–1 who are experiencing low mood or are under perinatal mental health care.

To maintain a safe and consistent space for attendees, we operate on a referral-only basis. We accept referrals from parents themselves and healthcare professionals (GPs, Health Visitors, Midwives, PMHT).

Treasure Baskets

Come along to treasure baskets to support your baby’s development.

Treasure baskets is a fun way for your baby to use their senses and learn about the world around them.

This group is for infants between 6-12 months (or whenever they are sitting independently). It’s also for their parents/grandparents/carers!

You’ll find a warm welcome, a friendly relaxed atmosphere and time to connect with others. Meet other parents in similar life stages as you and know you’re not alone.

Testimonials

Don't ust take our word for it. See what other people have to say about the group!

"Coming to nurture and nest has helped me connect with other new mums to talk through and share experiences. Also Grace and team are a fantastic fountain of knowledge and support. They make me feel welcome and I can ask and talk through any concerns. They also provide tips to take away and help with baby’s development".

"Coming to nurture and nest has meant that I have been able to form meaningful friendships with other mums and my daughter has some early friendships”

“Nurture and nest is invaluable! A safe, friendly inviting space to come with baby. Due to covid I had nothing like this with my first baby. This group has been amazing for baby and for me as a mum and my mental health. There aren’t enough groups like this in the area.”
